By Chance Walser

New numbers out today paint a dark picture for utahns looking for work.
The state's unemployment rate rose to 3.7 percent in November.
That is up almost one percent from last year.
The manager of workforce services in Washington County, Steve Lisonbee wants to remind people the department does more than just post jobs.
People can come in to apply for medicaid, food stamps and other state assistance.
You can also go to the website jobs-dot-utah-dot-gov, type in your household size and income, and a list of benefits will pop up telling you what programs you qualify for.
