Cedar Residents Tuesday Night to discuss a number of homes that were built on a landslide.
One expensive home has already been abandoned and now they fear more people will have to leave their homes before its too late.
A Geologist consulting with the Utah Geological Survey says the Green Hollow Landslide is one of the biggest landslides in Southern Utah.
He says it happened around 10,000 years ago, which is relatively young in Geological Years.
He also says the specific part of Cedar Mountain is built on loose land and if certain parts on the landslide move just two Inches, it could wipe-out the entire development.
The proposed Housing Development would include around 50 homes.
The development below it Cedar Highlands has 76 full-time residents.
