The couple that was arrested back in October for several vehicle burglaries throughout Washington County plead guilty on Thursday.
Michael Roger Hovater signed an agreement that will allow him to be released into the custody of his mother and father-in-law, where he will wait to be transported to California for a drug treatment program.
Tracy Sue Hovater also plead guilty and will also be taken to a drug treatment program.
Washington County law enforcement arrested the couple after a witness identified their vehicle in relation to a break-in on red cliffs drive. The Hovater’s will be back in court later this month.
