(Santa Clara, UT) - Ence Homes held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday for a new planned community called "Village on the Heights" in Santa Clara,
Since December 2008, Santa Clara has issued only 6 new home permits, and Ence Homes pulled 4 of those. Ence company officials say they have purchased 80 lots for the "Village on the Heights". They believe the new development is great contribution to the community of Santa Clara. It not only gives residents a new option for a place to live, but also brings new residential growth and a badly needed economic injection to the Santa Clara economy.
