The Thunder offense generated 165 rushing yards on 38 carries and passed for 126 yards. Mike Needham led Desert Hills with 133 yards (20 rushes) and two touchdowns. Nate Brinker went 6-of-10 passing for 77 yards and one touchdown in replacing injured starting quarterback Porter Harris. Brock Johnson had eight tackles, and Kevan Webb registered seven (solo).
