(Las Vegas, NV) -
Performance Diesel, Inc., the St. George, Utah-based engine performance shop, has its "Support the Cause", pink 2001 Peterbilt 379 on display next to its booth in the Pride & Polish area of the Great West Truck Show this week, Thursday, June 14 through Saturday, June 16th at the Sands Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas. The company is selling raffle tickets for the truck’s giveaway planned for November 3rd, 2012.
Performance Diesel's Shawn Barney said all proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The firm hopes the truck’s raffle will raise about $80,000.
Performance Diesel teamed up with other aftermarket shops and some OEs to transform the truck into what it is. PDI did the engine performance work, equipping it with a Cummins ISX and a Big Boss kit. Jones Performance donated the hood, and Lincoln Chrome gave the truck straight pipes and new stacks. 4 State Trucks offered up the pink floor, and 12ga. Customs added the steps, an air ride kit and the visor.
Barney and his crew are showing their performance products at the annual Great West Truck Show in Las Vegas. Their products include: turbos, manifolds and tuning kits.
