Shawn is survived by his wife, Lori; children: Shawna, Madeline, Jairus and Cameron; mother and step-father, Gwen (Chip) Miller; step-mother, Janell Keith; siblings: Ricky Keith, Cindy Keith, Jackie "J.J" Pulsipher, Donnie Wiseman, Rachel Sequin, Mellony Castellano, Jill Leishmen and Shawna McKnight; and grandchildren: Kaden, Nicole and Natalie. He was preceded in death by his father, Jairus Keith.
Funeral service (day and time to be announced later) to be held at the Hurricane LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, 155 East 1050 North, Hurricane, Utah. Interment will be held at the Hurricane City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary, (435) 635-9922.
