(Cedar City, UT) - SkyWest Airlines clarified the launch date of jet service between Cedar City and Salt Lake originally scheduled to begin January 4th. The delay comes as a result of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required approval.

SkyWest will maintain Cedar City service utilizing the EMB 120 while the FAA completes final approval for scheduled jet service. SkyWest is working to expedite the process as quickly as possible. The airline does not expect any schedule interruptions, but expresses regret for any inconvenience to Cedar City customers.
