Providing Low interest rate loans with no money down and rates as low as one percent, families are able to build a three bed, two baths, and two car garage homes with space to grow.
The Homes in LaVerkin are located in The Chateaus at River Wood Estates at 824 N. 370 W.

“These families have built some amazing homes and have added to the community in which they have built them,” said Ty Tippets CCCHI’s Executive Director.
With the completion of these three homes in LaVerkin, CCCHI will have completed 30 brand new homes in the last year.
