The Jazz fell behind early and never recovered as the fall at the hands of the Rockets 108-99. Utah got 32 points and 11 assists from Deron Williams. While Houston got 23 points from Rafer Alston.
3A high school matchups, the battle of Cedar city goes to the Redmen as they handle Canyon View 58-43. Joel Einfeldt(18) and Jake Bleazard(17) led the way for Cedar.
Meanwhile in Hurricane the Tigers got all they could handle from Desert Hills, as the Thunder held a late lead, but Hurricane comes back and earns a 38-32 victory. Zach Sorenson led the way for Hurricane with 11 points, while Butch Hatch dropped in 12 for Desert Hills.
