Dixie Regional Medical Center presents the family of Baby New Year a gift package which includes a $100 gift certificate to the hospital’s gift shop, toys, an outfit, blankets, and baby care items. A few families of past Baby New Years donated outfits and toys and a young women’s group from a local church donated a beautiful, hand-crafted quilt. “It’s always exciting to welcome Baby New Year,” said Amy Christensen, Director of Dixie Regional’s Women’s Services. “Every baby is a miracle.”
More than 2,500 babies were born at Dixie Regional Medical Center in 2010.
