Cleown is survived by her children Leonard (Vicki) Watts, Scott (Myrna) Watts, Clella (Art) Fleming, all of Kanosh, Utah, and Clara (Kenny) Hart of Cedar City, and Clark (Cordy) Watts of Salt Lake City, She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Cleown was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Lono Winget, and sister Bernice Curtis.
Cleown lived her entire life in two small communities. Her early years were spent in Monroe, Utah, and her adult years were spent in Kanosh, Utah. She had a passion to please. She was asked to do many difficult tasks and she was able to do them. Her talents were many. She was a loving, caring person and everyone who knew her loved her. In the first part of her married life, Mother was a stay-at-home mom, a support to her husband, and sometimes a field hand and a helper for a real cowboy, helping with all kinds of livestock. Later in life she was a bus driver for the Millard County School District while helping in the school kitchen between bus runs. She also served in many church callings throughout her lifetime.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kanosh LDS Ward chapel in Kanosh, Utah. Friends may call at the chapel on Wednesday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. where a viewing will be held. Interment will be at the Kanosh City Cemetery under the Direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
