(St. George, UT) - KCSG Television has expanded its over the air digital programming of channel 14.2 "My Family TV" broadcast locally in southern Utah with the addition of Baja Broadband Channel 86 and 87 in Mesquite, Nevada. The announcement by Television General Manager Ed Merrifield said the conversion of the station to digital transmission in June 2010 allows KCSG Television to add over 27,000 households to the KCSG Television program line-up. Effective and efficient application of new digital technology allows KCSG Television to improve the quality of its signal and add additional family value oriented programming to our communities of service. KCSG Television recently entered into strategic partnership with KSL-TV to provide co-branded Live 5 Weather on KCSG Television, Channel 14, the station's primary channel nine (9) times daily. Beginning Monday, August 8, 2011 KSL Live 5 News will be broadcast at 7:00PM and 9:00PM on KCSG Television.
