    (St. George, UT) – The sight of wildfires in the far-off distant served as a backdrop at Walt Brooks Stadium where another combustible situation had ignited on the field in the Dixie Flyers’ 59-7 win over River Valley High School of Mohave Valley, Arizona.

    Quarterback Blake Barney and receiver Tadd Challis burned the Dust Devils secondary for 227 yards and three touchdowns. The two hooked up for scoring passes of 95, 51 and 29 yards.

    Barney found more Flyers to throw to increasing his output to 12-of-15 passing for 315 yards and the three strikes for scores to Challis. Barney also rushed for another score.

    Justin Cummings rushed for 50 yards and two touchdowns and Josh Batin registered eight solo tackles for Dixie’s defense.
