JUDGE MEMORIAL (10-7) AT CEDAR (10-3-3)
Cedar High, the Region 9 champions, host Judge Memorial and seeks to win only its second ever playoff match. The Lady Reds are led by keeper Tara Shipp (6 shutouts), Brindley Oldroyd, Makayla Warby (5 goals a apiece) and Ciara Robinson (5 goals).
Judge Memorial’s Danielle Gaztambide (25 goals) is tied for fifth in the state in goals scored. The Bulldogs also get significant production from Adrienne Burr (7 goals), and Layne Huber (5 goals).
Judge’s high-powered offense (51 goals in 17 matches) against Cedar’s gritty defense (12 goals allowed in 16 matches) makes for an interesting match.

WASATCH (9-6-1) AT SNOW CANYON (10-3-2)
The Lady Warriors made it to the 4A semifinals in 2010, and are looking to push a little further than last season’s result. They are a team with playoff experience and a variety of players score goals. Juniors Callie Stewart (9 goals) and Sarah Henderson (6 goals) provide much offensive threat, but senior Cecilee Horlacher sets the tone on this team along with speedster wing player Arianna Weide.
The Wasps are led by keeper Julie Fitzgerald (6 shutouts), and Cassi Coulam (5 goals), but they have 11 players who registered goals this season.
Snow Canyon was the highest scoring offense from Region 9 (37 goals) and only allowed 11 goals in the 15 matches it played. Wasatch scored 28 goals and allowed 20 this season.

PINE VIEW (7-6-2) AT PARK CITY (8-8)
The Panthers have a dynamic senior duo leading them. Kali Stubbs and McKenzie Hawes are explosive players who can take over matches at times. Stubbs tallied 12 goals this season, including a hat trick in one game. Though Hawes only registered four goals, she sets teammates up for shots and can affect how the action is played out in the center of the field.
Park City scored 44 goals in 16 matches this season. Leading the Miners’ attack was Maggie Reigelsperger (11 goals) and Jessica Dancy (9 goals).

DIXIE (9-4-3) AT JUAN DIEGO (13-2-1)
The Flyers scored 35 goals in its 16 matches and allowed 17. Freshman Aubri Challis and senior Kenzie Cox led the team in scoring with seven goals each, and freshman Kelsey McCann recorded four shutouts.
The Soaring Eagle of Juan Diego High are explosive, scoring 53 goals this season. Emily Bruder (19 goals), Kaitlin Flynn and Mattie Muzako (each with 12 goals) lead the offense while Melanie Mecham recorded 10 shutouts as the keeper.

DESERT HILLS (6-8-2) at OGDEN (13-2)
The Desert Hills Thunder got the bulk of its goals from Berkley Bundy this season (14) and look to junior Janessa Houston (3 shutouts) most of the time to keep goal.
The Tigers of Ogden High recorded an incredible 70 goals while allowing only eight this season. Cassie Hanson (17 goals), Avery Calton (10 goals) and Kiley Porter (9 goals) combined for over half of the Tiger goals. Kelsey East had 10 shutouts as the keeper.
