(St. George, UT) - "What is a physiatrist and when do you need one?" is the topic of discussion at an Active Aging lecture presented by Intermountain Healthcare this Friday at 10:00AM in the Foremaster Auditorium, 1424 East Foremaster Drive in St. George. The event is free and open to the public.

Dr. Rusty Moore, medical director of the acute rehabilitation unit at Dixie Regional Medical Center, will lead the discussion. Dr. Moore is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and did his residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Before moving to St. George, Dr. Moore ran his own rehabilitation clinic in western New York State.

Dr. Moore will discuss treatment and rehabilitation options for those recovering from strokes and debilitating injuries and diseases.
