This year the arts festival will feature a Northern Utah artist, Jeff Hepworth, a contemporary realist, who style is a unique blend of tonal and luminous effects that render soothing, peaceful images. From the beginning to the end of the painting process, Hepworth focuses on the emotions in the landscape.

The festival has regional appeal for both artists and festival goers who enjoy thousands of original works of art, "Live" entertainment, a vibrant children's area and foods of all kinds.

Over 30,000 residents and visitors from around the West converge in the beautiful community of St. George on Easter weekend on the Town Square with it's carousel, fountains and water features, flower gardens and historic buildings. The Art Festival, known for consistently outstanding artwork, is produced by the City of St. George Leisure Services Department.
