Barrett left his residence wearing blue jeans with a black belt holding a cell phone carrier. All other clothing items are unknown. He is a white male, 5’10” and 170 lbs. Barrett has short blonde hair and a well trimmed goatee. He has several tattoos that run the length of both arms and both legs.
Barrett does not have his vehicle with him and is likely on foot. There is growing concern for Chad’s well being.
