Chad grew up in St. George attending West Elementary and graduating from Dixie High School. As a young boy he roamed the Black Hill looking for lizards, snakes or anything that crawled.
When Chad finished High School he moved to Florida to work for Brent Hafen in the construction business. He moved on to Michigan to be closer to his dad and there he owned his construction company for several years.
Chad moved back home and married Toni Milne and became a father to Baylee and Stetson. He was an excellent father. They loved Chad and Chad loved them and was so proud of their accomplishments. Chad was a favorite Uncle of his niece and nephews.
Chad worked for Trophy Homes as a Superintendent; he was a very talented carpenter and craftsman. Chad could step up to whatever the challenge.
Chad is survived by his wife, Toni and their children, Baylee and Stetson; his mother, Sue (Ken) Jolley; father, Lewis Barrett; brother, Brett his wife Isabel and their children, Alexis, Michael and Fox; brother, Kirk and his son, Braxton Barrett; his in-laws, Verl and Nancy Milne and Grandpa Jim.
A private family funeral will be held in his honor.
