(St. George, UT) - Habitat for Humanity of Humanity of Southwest Utah is pleased to announce the selection of our next homeowner partner, Tia Tia Muhlestein. Tia will be the 18th Habitat homeowner partner, in Washington County.

This previously owned property is being rehabilitated by Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah, with generous contributions from local businesses and individuals, and volunteer labor by the Muhlstein family and community members. Scheduled to be Dedicated as the 2012 Home for the Holidays, Tia Muhlstein, and her 6 year old daughter, look forward to a home to call their own, this holiday season.

The Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah Family Selection Committee reviewed many applications, evaluating each based on ability to repay a 0% mortgage loan, willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity, and level of need for safe and stable housing.

Please join us for the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the home located at 208 North 2040 East, St George, on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 6pm. The ceremony will include remarks from Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah, the Muhlstein family, and Gil Almquist, St George City Council.
