(Hurricane, UT) - KCSG Television's Amy Palmer was invited to experience the 2010 Rukus at Red Rock Western Style Shootout in Washington City at the Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park located near the Fairgrounds off State Route 9 in Hurricane Utah.

Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park offers state-of-the-art facilities for a variety of shooting enthusiasts. There is rifle range, archery range, shotgun venue, Cowboy Action stages and Action Pistol stages. The SUSSP is one of the finest shooting sports parks in the mountain west. More than 160 Cowboys and Cowgirls have converged on Utah's Dixie this weekend for an "Old West" style gunfighters shootouts.

There are six (6) shootouts staged Friday with the first scheduled at 1:00pm. Saturday six (6) shootouts are scheduled beginning at 10:00am, followed by 4 and 6 person team shootouts and a Top Gun Shoot Off around 2:00pm.

Admission is free to the public. Vendor Handlebar Hank says there are Elk, Buffalo or Angus burgers available, or some can enjoy shopping at the Red Wing and Mule Ear Trading Companies for old west gear.
