(Salt Lake City) - Allstate Insurance Company honored Michael Haight of Cedar City as the top newcomer in the state of Utah as he earned 2009 Rookie of the Year and Agency of the Year for Under 36 Months. He won the awards for building a successful local business and performing high standards in customer satisfaction, profitable business growth and sales for auto, property, commercial and financial services.
