    (Minervsville, UT) - Dalaki Livingston of Milford, who was recognized by First Wind officials for his scholarship during the recent Beaver County Fair August 12 - 14, 2010 in Minersville, Utah.

    Livingston is a graduate of Milford High School and the recipient of a one-time $3,000 scholarship through the First Wind Scholars program. He will use the scholar toward tuition at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah.
