Shane Gadbaw, Eagle Point Chief Executive Officer said the resort is planning to open this season welcoming skiers and snowboarders beginning mid December of 2010.
Gadbaw said “We wanted to create a place that would offer more than just great skiing. Our goal is to be family friendly, deliver outstanding dining, amenities and service, and appeal to those who might be looking to get away from the crowds," he said.
Eagle Point Ski Resort is located in the Tushar Mountains, one of Utah’s tallest mountain ranges. The ski resort will open as an affordable family snow sport destination.
